Sending your exhibition goods (please read carefully)

On October 16, 17, and 18 you can drive your vehicle up to door 9 of the Benelux hall (main trade hall) for build up, providing you have placed the P-card for vendors behind the windscreen of your vehicle. Our parking attendants will stop you if you do not have this P-card at hand.

In order to arrive at door 9, we refer to the floor plan for more details.

Sending merchandise and stand materials prior to the show is possible. Please do not have them delivered to NH before Tuesday, October 13!.

Take note that neither NH Koningshof, nor we, are able to take care of any possible customs clearance or prepayment of any import duties or other costs. Please arrange it with your forwarder that the goods arrive at the venue with all duties paid! 

Use and add  the following delivery details to your parcel(s). This is essential !

Your shipment will be stored in room 25 near the exhibition halls. Admission to that room is only available under guidance of one of our staff members, as the doors will be locked.

IMPORTANT: NH requires that you have all your merchandise picked up after the event on Tuesday 20 October 2026, latest. Please arrange this with your forwarder prior to the event , and clearly mark the cartons/pallet with your company name!

Procedure for return goods after the show:

For return shipments of pallets you are required to place these pallets in the far right corner of the Dieze hall after the show. Our staff can guide you to the exact spot.

For return shipments of parcels you are required to bring these to the hotel reception at the end of the show. Unfortunately the the staff of parcel services have no time to drive around the halls and pick up parcels.

It is not allowed to leave empty pallets behind at the show upon your departure. Please arrange for them to be picked up in order to avoid additional charges for you!
