Anna Shestakova

I’m a miniature painter from Russia. Painting figures is my hobby for more than 10 years. I started with Warhammer figures and now I moved to something bigger but prefer fantasy range more than historical ones , maybe because if I paint something historical it’s looks still like fantasy. I’m a very slow painter and finished only 5 or 6 miniatures per year, but on every miniature, I try something new: the type of miniature, techniques or paints. Recently I was carried away by flats and busts, which are not so easy to paint, as it seems.

José Manuel Palomares

As a professional painter for more than 15 years (Andrea Miniatures, Knightmodels, CMON, collectors, etc.)
I have participated in a lot of competitions all over the world. As a contestant and as a jury, and this has made me go developing a series of techniques to be as effective as possible in a short space of time.

In recent years I have been fortunate to train many professional painters, the latest of them at Bigchild Creatives. At the end each painter develops his own technique and style, but taking into account a series of parameters and processes it is easier to have a clear objective, and thus direct us to a painting more rapid, impactful and less frustrating to get good results in fewer steps.
